I called and spoke with the owner whom I texted all of my info to and he said it could be 2 weeks to get to me but in a weeks time he messaged me he would be near me and would come by and price my stump grinding job the next day and take care of it if I agreed to the price! I had contacted several companies in the same line of work to price it no one ever showed up; while one quoted it over the phone without even seeing it but never showed up! Meanwhile I totally agreed to the price, he beat the other’s that had quoted by a long shot! The work was excellent and very neat not much debris slung out of the guards and he went above and beyond cleaning and leveling the spot where the stump was when I had agreed to do cleanup myself! My husband and I needed three large pine trees removed so we could put in another driveway. I had heard of Buckhout Inc. and decided to give them a call. Everything including the estimate, tree removal, and clean up were executed just as they stated it would be. I had one specific request that they ensured me wouldn't be a problem. I asked if my rose trestle could be spared as it was directly under one of the pine trees. I didn't think it was possible, but it was untouched and in perfect condition after the tree was removed. At the end of the job, the yard had a few divots from the trees falling and equipment used and they were all filled in and fixed. You can't even tell they even existed. All the pine cones, pine straw and any small limbs were cleaned up to leave our yard look better than when they started! I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a job well done and in a timely manner for an amazing price! We were completely satisfied and would contact them again in the future for any other tree removal needs."
